Our Approach

Assess • Advise • Assist

We help organisations strengthen governance, fulfil duty of care, manage risk and achieve sustainable business excellence through an integrated methodology built on people, systems and technology.

01

Assess

Understanding where you actually stand, before recommending anything.

Every engagement starts with an honest, evidence-based assessment rather than an assumption. We evaluate current performance, controls and readiness against clear criteria, so that any recommendation which follows is grounded in what is actually happening within your organisation, not a generic checklist.

Delivered through our Assurance Services and Self-Assessment & Maturity Platforms.

02

Advise

Practical strategy, not a generic framework.

Once we understand where an organisation stands, we recommend a clear, sequenced path forward, grounded in its specific operating context rather than a standard template. This is where governance frameworks, ESG strategy and growth planning take shape.

Delivered through our Advisory Services pillar.

03

Assist

Helping the change actually stick.

Strategy without implementation support rarely survives contact with a busy organisation. We help build the capability, systems and technology that make governance, compliance and performance improvements durable, through training, digital platforms and hands-on implementation coaching.

Delivered through our Learning & Capability and Digital Solutions pillars.

Internal Audit

Our Seven-Step Audit Process

Our internal audits are independent, objective and conducted in line with ISO 19011 and IIA Standards, ensuring integrity, compliance and value. For high-risk industries, this includes verification against our Major Hazards and Critical Controls methodology.

  1. 1

    Plan & Agree

Understand the organisation and context; identify risks and objectives; develop the audit plan and scope.

  2. 2

    Prepare & Document Review

Review relevant policies, procedures and records; analyse previous audit findings; prepare audit checklists.

  3. 3

    Conduct On-site Audit

Opening meeting with management; interviews, observations and sampling of evidence; assess conformity.

  4. 4

    Analyse & Evaluate

Evaluate evidence against audit criteria; identify nonconformities and opportunities for improvement; determine root causes.

  5. 5

    Report & Communicate

Prepare a clear, factual audit report; communicate findings with management; classify findings by risk and priority.

  6. 6

    Corrective Action & Follow-up

Management implements corrective actions; provide support where required; verify effectiveness; close out findings.

  7. 7

    Reporting & Continual Improvement

Consolidate audit results and trends; provide management dashboards; recommend improvements; plan for continuous improvement.

Major Hazards & Critical Controls Verification

A structured risk methodology used across high-risk industries. It identifies the Major Hazards that could cause catastrophic harm, defines the Critical Controls that prevent them, and independently verifies that those controls are functioning in practice, not merely documented.
